Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship only to Canada and the United States.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Due to its length (72"), this product is considered an oversized package. Shipping costs may vary depending on your region.
We plan to expand to international shipping once market conditions and logistics allow.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times depending on destination:
Canada: 3 to 9 business days
United States: 4 to 8 business days

We usually respond within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday). Messages sent during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed upon our return.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Each InovAngle ruler is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.
Despite all precautions, an incident can occur during transport.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at store@oksentools.com within 7 days of receipt, including clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Once the problem is confirmed, we will offer you: a free replacement OR a refund, depending on the case.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can request a return or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
No returns will be accepted without prior email approval.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, each InovAngle ruler is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
