Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver to Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, France, and the United Kingdom. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. If no rate is available for your area, a flat rate of $95 CAD, which includes tracking, will automatically apply.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times by destination:
- Canada: 3 to 9 business days
- United States: 4 to 8 business days
- France & United Kingdom: 6 to 10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6 to 12 business days
- International Express (if available): 2 to 6 business days

When will I receive my order?
The production of the InovAngle ruler is underway. We expect to receive the first units by September 2025. Pre-order shipments will begin as soon as stock is received, from that moment on.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the main secure payment methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
- PayPal
All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

We usually respond within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday). Messages sent during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed upon our return.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Each InovAngle ruler is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.
Despite all precautions, an incident can occur during transport.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at oksen@oksentools.com within 7 days of receipt, including clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Once the problem is confirmed, we will offer you: a free replacement OR a refund, depending on the case.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can request a return or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
No returns will be accepted without prior email approval.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. Pre-orders can be canceled free of charge as long as shipping has not started. Just write to us at oksen@oksentools.com with your order number.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, each InovAngle ruler is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage related to misuse.
