📦 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, France, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
If no rate is available for your region, a flat rate of $95 CAD with tracking will automatically apply.

🚚 What are the delivery times?

Estimated delivery times by destination:

  • Canada: 3 to 9 business days
  • United States: 4 to 8 business days
  • France & United Kingdom: 6 to 10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6 to 12 business days
  • International Express (if available): 2 to 6 business days
    Depending on your country and the selected carrier

📅 When will I receive my order?

Production of the InovAngle ruler is underway.
We expect to receive the first units by September 2025.
Pre-order shipments will begin as soon as the stock is received, starting at that time.

💲 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • PayPal

All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Messages sent during weekends or holidays will be handled when we return.

📦 What if my product arrives damaged?

Each InovAngle ruler is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.
Despite all precautions, incidents can sometimes occur during shipping.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at oksen@oksentools.com within 7 days of receipt, and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer you:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation.

🔁 What is your return and refund policy?

You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is new, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective or damaged items on delivery.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval by email.

❌ Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes. Pre-orders can be canceled free of charge as long as shipping hasn’t started.
Just email us at oksen@oksentools.com with your order number.

🛡️ Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, every InovAngle ruler is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
